Through exploration of the connotations and ideas surrounding

the identity of a bus stop, the aim was to change the mood of the it and encourage people to move and engage within the space. These movements change the identity and may portray an emotion or thought from the user. This physical conversation lets the users interact silently with one another. A spatial intervention that illuminates in a form representative of the surrounding community was created using pressure sensors and LED lights. The identity of the bus stop reflects those that use it.
